Jeremy Matthew Lenczowski, infant son of Raymond and Janice (Polachek) Lenczowski was stillborn Saturday morning at Mansfield General Hospital.
Surviving in addition to his parents of 2328 Holtz Road are one brother, Jeffrey, and one sister, Jodie, both at home; his paternal grandparents, Bernard and Ruth (Lello) Lenczowski of South Bend, IN; his maternal grandmother, Mary (Carnahan) Polacheck of Mansfield; his maternal great-grandparents, Eleanor Carnahan of Plymouth, and Harry and Dorothy Aumend of Shelby; aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Graveside service will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Preston VenDeursen officiating. There will be no visitation. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Turner Funeral Home.
