Jolisa B. Brubaker, age 9 weeks and 1 day, of Plymouth, died Thursday, March 17, 2016 at home.
Jolisa was born January 13, 2016 in Shelby, the daughter of Norman and Arlene (Burkholder) Brubaker. In addition to her parents, she is survived by 3 siblings: Jayden, Janette, and Jelena; paternal grandparents: Walter and Vera Brubaker of Fleetwood, PA; maternal grandparents: Edward and Lucy Burkholder of Kutztown, PA; two maternal great grandmothers: Lydia Nolt and Bertha Burkholder both of Kutztown, PA; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends are welcome on Sunday, March 20, 2016 from 2-5 PM at the family home, 7416 Bowman Street Road, Plymouth, Ohio 44865. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Springmill Mennonite Church, Dininger Road, Shelby with the home ministry officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Care for Jolisa and her family is being provided by Bob, Catherine, and Jake at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby.
