Keith (Tom) H. Hartz, 49, Richland Run Road, died unexpectedly at 9:47 p.m. Monday at Mansfield General Hospital. He was born April 13, 1937 in Richland County.
Hartz is survived by his mother, Nina Hartz of Shelby; one sister, Shirley Hartz of Shelby; aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Lynn Williamson, associate pastor of the First Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
Friends may call 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
