Sharon Kay Shay Cramer
Sharon Kay Shay Cramer, age 46, of East Smiley Avenue, Shelby, died Monday, June 9, 2008 at The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, following a short illness.
Shay was born on November 10, 1961 in Columbus, Ohio. She was a 1980 graduate of Lexington High School and Pioneer Career and Technology Center. She was a former employee of Interstate Optical, Industrial Burner Systems, and Value City, all in Mansfield. Sharon was a volunteer with the American Red Cross, and enjoyed gardening, playing her guitar, reading, and animals.
Shay is survived by her mother and step-father, Ethel and Bob Keys of Ashland; a daughter, Damara; 1 brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Pooh Them of Mansfield; long time friends, Jim Alexander of Shelby, Mari Jean Wilson of Lexington, Ginger Hale of Lexington; and 3 aunts, Roma Them of Mansfield, Tootsie Rodriguez of Charlottesville, VA, and Ethel Rath of Naples, Florida. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Them; 3 uncles, John Them, Everett Them, and Al Rodriguez; and 1 aunt, Donna Them.
Family and long time friends will receive guests on Monday, June 16, 2008 from 6-8 PM at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Red Cross or the Richland County Humane Society.
