Chad Willis Brown passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. He was 40.
Chad was born August 29, 1985 in Mansfield, OH to Todd Brown and Nicki (Owens) Brown. He attended Crestview High School with the Class of 2004 where he participated in track and played football.
Chad enjoyed fishing, hunting, and working outside. He liked spending time with his family, especially hanging out with his son, Kamren. Chad had a kind heart and, if he was able, would help anyone in need.
Chad leaves behind his 15-year-old son, Kamren Willis Brown, of Shelby; his brother: Todd Randall Brown (Amber) of Orrville; his mother: Nicki Brown of Mansfield; his father and stepmother: Todd and Kathy Brown of Shiloh; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family and friends are welcome to gather on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 10 am -1 pm at the Penwell Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby. For those wishing, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with offsetting the unexpected expenses.
